Week 76 Jan 19-25th 2026 Transfers!
Caleb gets a kick out of this missionary! He sure seems fun!
I asked Tara my friend to ask her husband Ble what this was because Caleb didn't know. Ble said it was the military and they work out everyday typically singing while they work out. They stop the cars to allow the military to pass.
This bus took the turn too fast. Ouch.
Pres. Vore wants to join random missionary companion studies. The first one he decided to join was Caleb and Elder Mondongue's. This is a screenshot of him with them.
I translated what it said on this chat and it is Pres Vore and he says:
"Guess who was surprised to be the first person I participated in team planning with?
They set a goal of finding 11 people today. How are the assistants doing?"
This is Caleb's screenshot showing they totally hit their goal!
This is Caleb's response I translated:
"Yes, President, everything is going very well!
This morning we planned to find 11 people since we had a lot of time to contact them.
It was going slowly, and by 6:00 PM we had only managed to find 5 friends. We decided to keep our faith and cast our net a few more times before going home. As we were walking down the street, we saw several people sitting down and decided to approach them. They listened to us, agreed to a second date, and agreed to come to church.
There were 6 of them, and we reached our goal for the day. Setting inspired goals and casting the net with faith—it works!"
This is a picture of the group they contacted.
Pres. and Sis. Vore take the missionaries going home through the temple before they leave. He invited Caleb and Elder Mondongue with them this time too! This is the first time for Caleb since the MTC in Ghana going to the temple besides the open house. It is his first time doing it in French too. He loved it!
Grandpa Gary saw that a family name was done in the Abidjan Temple and called and told us. We were so excited when we looked it up and saw!
He had transfers on Monday that he had to manage. He was so busy he did not have time to email. He was so tired when we talked to him. He is doing so many great things! We love him so much!
These are the missionaries going home except for Elder Mondongue, Caleb and the Vore’s of course.
Caleb's new companion is Elder Rakotamanana "Rako" for short. He is from Madagascar. Now Caleb is the Senior assistant and driving!!
