Week 84 March 16th-22nd
P day they went to go out to eat for an Elders birthday.
Tuesday they went to eat at a nice restaurant with the Vore's, the mission chauffeurs, and office elders.
The mission chauffeurs are awesome!
Zone conference.
Caleb stocked up the fridge at the office with drinks.

Silly picture of Elder Rako!
Elder Bado!
One of the last times teaching with Elder Bado.
Cambri got her mission call. I called Caleb when we were going to read her mission call even though it was 2:30am for him. I wanted to make sure if he wanted to be apart of it I could give him the opportunity. I knew he had his phone by him since he told us about the sisters call he had gotten a couple weeks ago in the middle of the night. He was so tired and it took him a minute to realize it was me! He said hadn't gotten permission from president so he said to just record it and he would watch it first thing in the morning. This was his status on Facebook the next day!
No email this week, too busy but doing great!
Week 85 March 23-29th
This is so funny and so crazy! This was his Facebook status for the day! He has more ties than he does days left on the mission!!!!
He called me on my birthday! Best part of my day! He was in the mission office and showed me around. It is nice! This was his status that day💗.
Zone conference.
Looks yummy!
Map of Côte d'Ivoire.
Elder Bado and as Caleb said, "One of the best guys ever." This is the last time he saw him before he left for his mission to Nigeria. Sideci 1st ward will not be the same without him. He is dearly missed but will do great things in Nigeria. Caleb gave him some white shirts, socks, ties, and some other things before he left.
All of Caleb's ties!!!!!!!!! I bet everyone of these have a memory behind them for him.
His email for the two weeks:
Zone conferences
The last two weeks have been pretty busy, but also very fun at the same time.
Two Tuesday’s ago we had district council. It was chill. After we helped some sisters get to the hospital and then headed to a restaurant. We met up with the Vore’s and the mission chauffeurs to have lunch with the Vore’s. It was a really nice place and the food was delicious. After we did some stuff at the office.
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday were zone conferences. Each day was kind of the same and kind of different as well. Zone conference was focused on teaching like Christ and being more efficient in our teaching. I felt like it was really good. After each zone conference one zone would head out in the mission vans, and another zone would stay and do their interviews with President.
Saturday I woke up to a video from my family. Cambri, my younger sister, received her mission call to the North Carolina Raleigh mission. I didn’t participate in real time, but watching the video was still a fun experience. We had a good day in sector.
Sunday we had church. It went well, and in the afternoon went to sector. Monday was p-day. We went to Frere Koko’s place to drop off pagne and pick up some ties that were done. Other than that it was chill.
Tuesday we did weekly planning. We also stopped at the temple to get things at the distrubution center, but were also able to see Frere Bado. He was the ward mission leader in our ward, and is one of the best guys ever. He went to the temple for the first time, and then the next day left on his mission for Nigeria. At the office we had some meetings.
Wednesday and Thursday we had zone conferences again. They went great, except for some travel complications mais ca va aller. Friday we had district council at the stake center. It was kind of boring and really short, but I don’t know why. Since then we have been chilling in our own apartment and going to sector which has been so nice.
Our sector is doing really well. Since I arrived in November we had slowly been getting more and more people to come to church. We have a couple people on date, and I could see a couple more getting on date and getting baptized in the next several weeks.
Today is p-day and we have been chilling. This week should be fun with MLC and some other things happening.
Spiritual Thought:
Mosiah 5:15: “Therefore, I would that ye should be steadfast and immovable, always abounding in good works, that Christ, the Lord God Omnipotent, may seal you his, that you may be brought to heaven, that ye may have everlasting salvation and eternal life, through the wisdom, and power, and justice, and mercy of him who created all things, in heaven and in earth, who is God above all. Amen.”
Thanks for your prayers and I hope you guys have a great week!
